raw salmon aficionado

She loves the chewy fishy slippery stuff and can polish off all the above at one go with nothing but soya sauce, sans wasabi.

It’s probably not a good idea though; what with reported cases of bacteria-infected raw fish. Not when I buy these packs off-the-shelf from Cold Storage for her lunch and God knows how long they've been sitting there.

Yummy ... It is my favorite way of eating salmon too, and I slice from whole raw salmon and marinate in lime juice and soya sauce.

oh! sounds great. where do u get whole raw salmon which is sushi-ready? (ie safe to eat raw)

salmon is notorious for being a parasite medium. reputable sashimi restaurants in Japan would never serve them raw, local ones too. so....
